Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at 11497235 Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
- Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity
- Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Assist clients/guests with special needs to ensure exceptional customer service
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Requisition materials and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently.
