Our Expectations

  • Identify new business leads and sales opportunities and provide them to representatives to act upon and maintain the prospect information database.
  • Build and maintain a high-performance team through actively recruiting, goal setting, performance management, training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Lead the implementation of sales strategies and participate in closing Commercial sales.
  • Actively involved in creating and implementing a sales development plan to meet growth objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales results and adapt tactical plans accordingly.

The Value You Bring

  • RIBO License required.
  • Post-secondary education an asset.
  • Experience leading a team with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience recruiting, developing, and performance managing a team.
  • Involvement in industry-related associations and your community.
  • Proven history of being a strong sales professional.
  • Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal.

What We Offer

Full-time, 37.5 hours/week. Salary Range: $75,000 - $112,000. Requisition: 81105.
