Meat Processing Support

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Butcher Helper at Freshmart. As a key member of our meat processing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of products and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Food Safety and Handling: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all food safety protocols and regulations.
- Material Transportation: Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials efficiently and safely.
- Machine Operation: Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines, and feed flattened boxes into forming machines to construct containers.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
- Quality Control: Check products and packaging for basic quality defects, and assist in maintaining a high level of quality control throughout the production process.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with process control and machine operators to ensure smooth production and efficient use of resources.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
