Accoravillage is a prominent player in the hospitality sector, dedicated to delivering exceptional services and experiences.

We are currently seeking a Project Engineer. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and executing project deliverables effectively, ensuring compliance with established quality standards and regulations.
  • Contributing to the formulation of project scope, objectives, and specifications while adhering to budgetary constraints and timelines.
  • Overseeing the initiation of new operational equipment and systems, addressing any issues that arise during the setup phase.
  • Compiling and reviewing documentation for system handovers and equipment.
  • Creating and implementing Equipment Qualification Protocols (EQP) and conducting data analysis.
  • Updating technical drawings and ensuring accuracy in 'As Built' documentation in collaboration with external contractors.
  • Organizing project-related documentation and files systematically.
  • Coordinating project initiation, commissioning, and validation efforts with various stakeholders.
  • Providing support to the Maintenance Department and trades by offering guidance and expertise.
  • Setting up project-related materials within the management system.
  • Ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines and project timelines.
  • Engaging with suppliers to ascertain product specifications and evaluate materials based on quality criteria.
  • Researching technical data for the installation and maintenance of systems and equipment, identifying critical testing needs.
  • Assisting the maintenance team with repairs, calibrations, and sourcing of replacement components as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical or chemical sectors.
  • Proficiency in developing user requirement specifications (URS) and preparing tender documents.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
