Position Overview

As the Vice President of Finance and Administration at iCAD Dental, you will play a pivotal role in steering the financial and operational strategies of the organization. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that our policies and programs are effectively implemented.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field
Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute resources—material, human, and financial—to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Set organizational objectives and either formulate or endorse policies and programs.
  • Act as the organization's representative in negotiations or delegate authority to representatives.
  • Select and empower middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel, ensuring optimal working conditions.
  • Prepare, present, and oversee budget management.
  • Generate financial statements and comprehensive reports.
  • Ensure adherence to governmental regulations.
  • Develop and refine financial procedures.
  • Design and oversee investment strategies.
  • Evaluate the current stance of monetary and fiscal policies.
  • Supervise payroll administration.
  • Review HR initiatives to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Assess financial risks associated with business operations.
