About the Role

iCAD Dental is seeking a highly skilled Finance and Administration Vice-President to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of our organization, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and developing financial procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
    • Prepare and manage budgets, financial statements, and reports
    • Ensure compliance with government regulations and financial laws
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the allocation of resources, including human and financial resources
    • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
    • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Lead and manage a team of 16-20 people
    • Develop and implement leadership strategies to drive team performance and engagement
