Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Vice President of Finance and Administration at iCAD Dental. This leadership position is crucial for steering our financial and administrative strategies.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively to support organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Set organizational objectives and approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions.
  • Select and empower middle management and executive staff, ensuring optimal working conditions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial statements, and reports.
  • Ensure adherence to governmental regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial procedures.
  • Design and oversee investment strategies.
  • Evaluate the current monetary and fiscal policy stance.
  • Oversee payroll functions.
  • Review HR projects for compliance with legal standards.
  • Assess financial risks effectively.
