Position Overview
The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Housing Services plays a crucial role within the Senior Executive Team, directly reporting to the Vice President of Finance and Housing. This leadership position is responsible for the management of various housing initiatives, including but not limited to recruitment, program development, and ensuring satisfaction among participants and funders.

Key Responsibilities
As the AVP, you will:

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple housing programs.
  • Lead and mentor Program Directors, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Drive strategic initiatives focused on growth, innovation, and leadership development.
  • Ensure program quality assurance and enhance participant engagement.
