Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized self-service area, ensuring a safe and efficient shopping environment for customers.
  • Provide education and support to customers on the correct use of self-service options, promoting a seamless shopping experience.
  • Upsell and promote company-sponsored programs, such as credit card services and charity initiatives, to enhance customer engagement.
  • Monitor customer activity and provide assistance when needed, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to EAS alarms and complete necessary documentation, demonstrating a strong understanding of store policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with the Customer Service Manager to address technical issues and maintain a smooth shopping experience.
  • Return Scan & Go scanners to their designated area after use, ensuring efficient inventory management.
