Funzilla and Imaginasium Indoor Playgrounds are exciting Playground and family entertainment centres located in Hamilton, Ancaster and Stoney Creek, Ontario and we are hiring customer service team members for our Imaginasium Ancaster and Funzilla Ancaster location.

We are looking for individuals who are available weekdays between 4 pm to 8 pm as well as individuals available weekends between 9:00am and 8:00 pm. We offer a competitive wage, paid training, great working environment and flexible hours.

Customer Service Associate would be responsible for working in one of the many areas within the business. The weeknights and weekend schedule works well with students in college or university as well as high school. We provide paid training and are looking for immediate starts. If you are self-motivated, have a positive attitude, work well in a team environment, love working with children and are eager to learn, we would like to hear from you.

Preference will be given to individuals with great people skills and experience working with children.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Open and close the facility.
- Answer general phone inquiries, relay calls to the appropriate person, and return phone calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Maintain and update all pertinent paperwork.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the facility.
- Greet and interact with customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Perform cashier duties
- Host kids birthday parties and events
- Help create a positive work environment and customer experience.
- Support team members and fellow management in order to promote success.
- Respond to all customer inquiries (e.g. pricing, hours, safety rules, directions, parties, fundraising opportunities, events, policies, general information, etc.).
- Supervise and perform other job responsibilities as needed.
- Uphold and maintain all Health & Safety Practices and Emergency Procedures to keep both employees and customers safe.
- Must always follow Food Safety Regulations.
- Respond to customer issues, suggestions, or complaints.
- Respond to customer injuries and complete incident reports as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

- Able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Accountable and dependable.
- Able to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Proficient in using a computer, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional attention to detail and safety of customers.
- Good organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills.
- Able to demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Able to handle multiple priorities and tasks.

Working Conditions
- Work normal business hours but may be required to do some work in the evenings or outside normal working hours.
- Able to work on a computer for long periods of time.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
