- Create, deploy, and maintain OS images through Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Develop and implement a Software Update Schedule, ensuring timely updates and optimal system efficiency.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to optimize system efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior IT professionals to analyze and resolve complex technical problems related to cloud-based applications and services.
- Respond to user inquiries and support requests, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Document support activities, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date records.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and proactively propose improvements to enhance system efficiency and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development and deployment of new cloud-based projects.
- Assist in the maintenance and administration of platforms, ensuring system stability and performance.
- University degree or College diploma in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or at least 2 years of post-secondary education.
- A minimum of 2 years of previous IT support experience working in a technology/systems department.
- Proficient knowledge in various software and systems, including Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, Group Policies, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, WSUS, Orchestrator, MacOS, iOS.
- Experience administering in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365 environments.
- Fluent in creating and scripting complex multi-line tasks using PowerShell.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.) and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and end-users.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, ITIL) are a plus.
