Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide first-line support for EUC infrastructure issues, including troubleshooting, incident management, and resolution.
  2. Create, deploy, and maintain OS images through Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
  3. Develop and implement a Software Update Schedule, ensuring timely updates and optimal system efficiency.
  4. Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to optimize system efficiency.
  5. Collaborate with senior IT professionals to analyze and resolve complex technical problems related to cloud-based applications and services.
  6. Respond to user inquiries and support requests, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  7. Document support activities, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date records.
  8. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and proactively propose improvements to enhance system efficiency and security.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development and deployment of new cloud-based projects.
  10. Assist in the maintenance and administration of platforms, ensuring system stability and performance.
Requirements:
  1. University degree or College diploma in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or at least 2 years of post-secondary education.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of previous IT support experience working in a technology/systems department.
  3. Proficient knowledge in various software and systems, including Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, Group Policies, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, WSUS, Orchestrator, MacOS, iOS.
  4. Experience administering in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365 environments.
  5. Fluent in creating and scripting complex multi-line tasks using PowerShell.
  6. Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.) and virtualization technologies.
  7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and end-users.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  10. Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, ITIL) are a plus.
