About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Exchange Language Services Inc. as a key member of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify business requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to ensure the integrity of our systems.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet industry standards.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide guidance on usability testing to ensure a user-friendly experience.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business process management, user experience design, and business methods analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AutoCAD Certification, IBM Certification, Network+ Certification, or Information Systems Professional (ISP) certification.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Automatic data processing (ADP), Business intelligence, Salesforce, and other relevant technologies.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
