Operations Manager

Inventory Management:
Effectively lead and implement inventory management strategies aimed at maximizing accuracy and minimizing losses. Collaborate with the General Manager to identify and address any discrepancies in inventory accuracy.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee critical operational tasks such as shipping, receiving, processing, reverse logistics, sales floor recovery, and supply management. Ensure smooth execution of intra-day replenishment and floor set updates.
Business Leadership:
Work closely with the Operations & Visual Manager to manage key metrics, budgets, and vendor relationships. Utilize performance metrics to inform strategic business decisions and drive results.
Dynamic Engagement:
Actively engage on the retail floor to assess and meet the needs of the business, team, and customers. Provide ongoing feedback to operations associates to foster individual growth and enhance team performance.
Collaborative Partnership:
Team up with the Visual Lead for cross-functional training and with the Sales & Service Lead to ensure operational excellence. Execute company-wide operational initiatives in collaboration with the Operations & Visual Manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-focused sales environment.
- High energy and enthusiasm, with a knack for blending enjoyment with work.
- This full-time role requires flexible availability, including weekends and peak days.
