Position Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant management experience in an operations role, preferably in a small high-growth company.
- Proficiency in various software systems, including CRMs, ERP, Accounting platforms, Project Management tools, and Office 365.
- Knowledge of management practices, such as Lean manufacturing, KPIs, and performance management.
- Ability to work independently, deal with ambiguity, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and fix problems in a hands-on manner when needed.
