Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Fatburger Coquitlam. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Management: Monitor sales and labor costs to optimize profitability and make informed business decisions.
- Staff Performance: Evaluate and improve staff performance, providing coaching and training to ensure high-quality service.
- Staffing: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to meet business needs.
- Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for staff and customers.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for food and other essential supplies.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing initiatives and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
- Leadership: Lead and instruct staff to achieve business objectives.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
- Dependability: Demonstrate reliability and accountability in all aspects of the job.
- Communication: Possess excellent oral communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Organization: Display strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Reliability: Show a commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving business objectives.
- Teamwork: Demonstrate a team player attitude, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business goals.
- Multitasking: Possess the ability to multitask, handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
