Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that they are aware of and adhere to our company's policies and procedures.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies, and ensure that we are operating within our budget.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
