Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Hire and Manage Staff: Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that we have a skilled and motivated team in place.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
- Budgeting and Record Keeping: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules, ensuring that staff are adequately staffed and that customer demand is met.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
