Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that they are aware of and adhere to our company's policies and procedures.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies, and ensure that we are operating within our budget.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and provide regular reports to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
