Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 0869408 BC LTD. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, supervise and coordinate activities of staff, and hire food service staff.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of sales and wastage.
- Work Environment: Maintain a fast-paced work environment, work under pressure, and ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to health and safety procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to supervise and coordinate staff.
