About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Denny's Fort St John. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
    • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
    • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments
    • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
    • Answer electronic enquiries
    • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Record Keeping and Filing
    • Compile data, statistics, and other information
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Supervision and Teamwork
    • Supervise 3-4 people
    • Work collaboratively as a team player
