We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Patel Family And Associate Business LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, managing inventory, and maintaining budgetary controls.
  • Office Management: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
  • Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Transportation and Travel: Utilize public transportation to travel to work and other locations as required.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
