Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging travel and accommodations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of meetings, seminars, and conferences, including preparing minutes and reports.
- Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
