  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation and safety practices
  • Manage inventory and order kitchen supplies
  • Oversee kitchen personnel and assist with their training
  • Maintain accurate records of food and supply inventory
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
  • Organize and manage buffet and banquet services
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations
