Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our transit and rail operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on transit and rail projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Manage and motivate project teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects successfully.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring projects are delivered with minimal risk.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality standards, including compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Communication: Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders, including project teams, clients, and other project stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on transit and rail projects.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, including project planning, team management, stakeholder management, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Certifications: P. Eng or equivalent certification.
  • Language: English (fluency required).
