Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our team at Archway Marketing Services. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and production team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing warehouse and production operations to meet service deliverables and performance standards.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Communication: Work closely with supervisors, team members, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Quality and Safety: Promote a culture of quality and safety within the team, ensuring that all operations are conducted in a safe and controlled environment.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous leadership responsibilities required; + years warehouse experience preferred.
  • Skills: Lean Manufacturing experience, use of warehouse automation equipment, PC skills, excellent math, reading, and communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

Lifting, carrying, bending, stretching, and standing for long periods of time.
