Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Lead Team Manager to support our Management Team in ensuring seamless restaurant operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Day-to-Day Operations: Supervise daily shifts, work closely with the team, and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety.
  • Guest Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
