Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Lead Team Manager to support our Management Team in ensuring seamless restaurant operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Day-to-Day Operations: Supervise daily shifts, work closely with the team, and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Guest Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Development: Train and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Restaurant Management: Assist with opening and closing procedures, maintain inventory, and ensure efficient restaurant operations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous Supervisory Experience: Proven track record of leading teams and managing restaurant operations.
- Passion for Service: Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting a positive work environment.
- Operational Knowledge: Understanding of restaurant operational controls, financial statements, and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to train and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
