We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Zim Recycling. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to effectively communicate with customers.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales leadership or management.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Outlook.
