Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Sony Jewellers. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the sales process to ensure maximum sales revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer engagement.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and support to build strong relationships and drive repeat business.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels to ensure that stock is adequate to meet customer demand.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
