Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our Integrated Mood and Anxiety Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering program management and clinical responsibilities to ensure the highest level of quality care for our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise an interdisciplinary team to deliver seamless services and programs to our clients and customers.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and inter-disciplinary team leaders across the organization to implement evidence-based practices.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain professional standards, policies, and procedures within the program to ensure quality care.
  • Promote the profile of the service, engaging and communicating with referral sources, and colleagues in the field.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a related field, such as Addictions, Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or Nursing.
  • Current membership/registration with a regulatory college to practice psychotherapy.
  • Membership with the Canadian Association for Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies (CACCF) is an asset.
  • 1-2 years' experience supervising non-union staff.
  • 3-5 years' of clinical experience with addictions and mental health services.
  • Certification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
  • Knowledge of organizational development, program development, and evaluation techniques.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience working with patients who have a broad range of psychiatric diagnoses, especially those with a diagnosis of depression and anxiety.
  • Experience in providing psychodynamic and psycho-educational therapy.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Mental Health Act and community mental health resources.
