Position Overview
As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team focused on providing integrated services and programs to our clients.

In your capacity as Program Manager, you will oversee both program management and clinical functions as needed within the Integrated Mood and Anxiety Program, which offers clinical inpatient services to individuals experiencing mood and anxiety disorders.
- Lead and mentor an interdisciplinary team
- Collaborate with medical professionals, nursing leadership, and team leaders across the Health Centre to implement evidence-based methodologies
- Participate in the Service Management Team, responsible for developing, executing, and upholding professional standards, policies, and procedures within the program to ensure the highest quality of care for patients and their families
- Enhance the visibility of the service by engaging and communicating with referral sources and colleagues in the field
- Master's degree in Addictions, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Recreational Therapy, Nursing, or a related field
- Current membership/registration with a regulatory college to practice psychotherapy is essential
- Membership with the CACCF is advantageous
- 1-2 years' experience supervising non-union staff
- 3-5 years' of clinical experience in addictions and mental health services
- Certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Knowledge of organizational development, program development, and evaluation techniques
- Proven clinical experience working with patients with a variety of psychiatric diagnoses, particularly those with depression and anxiety
- Experience in delivering psychodynamic and psycho-educational therapy
- Strong understanding of the Mental Health Act and community mental health resources
