Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients with mood and anxiety disorders.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and inter-disciplinary team leaders to implement evidence-based practices and develop professional standards, policies, and procedures.
- Promote the profile of the service, engaging with referral sources and colleagues in the field.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Addictions, Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or Nursing.
- Current membership/registration with a regulatory college to practice psychotherapy.
- 1-2 years' experience supervising non-union staff and 3-5 years' of clinical experience with addictions and mental health services.
- Certification in CBT and knowledge of organizational development, program development, and evaluation techniques.
