Position Overview

As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team focused on providing integrated services and programs to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

In your capacity as Program Manager, you will oversee both program management and clinical tasks within the Integrated Mood and Anxiety Program, which delivers inpatient services to individuals experiencing mood and anxiety disorders.


  • Direct and mentor an interdisciplinary team
  • Collaborate with medical professionals, nursing leadership, and team leaders across the organization to implement evidence-based methodologies
  • Participate in the Service Management Team, tasked with developing, executing, and upholding professional standards, policies, and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care for patients and their families
  • Enhance the visibility of the service by engaging with referral sources and colleagues in the mental health field
Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Addictions, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Recreational Therapy, Nursing, or a related field
  • Current registration with a regulatory college to practice psychotherapy is mandatory
  • Membership with the CACCF is advantageous
  • 1-2 years of experience supervising non-union staff
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience in addictions and mental health services
  • Certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Familiarity with organizational development, program design, and evaluation methods
  • Proven clinical experience working with patients across a spectrum of psychiatric conditions, particularly those with depression and anxiety diagnoses
  • Experience in delivering psychodynamic and psycho-educational therapy
  • Strong understanding of the Mental Health Act and community mental health resources
