About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Bola Sweets & Restaurant Ltd. dba Diamond Sweets & Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Special Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef, requiring attention to detail and nutritional knowledge.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintaining accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Supervision and Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
  • Event Planning: Organize buffets and banquets, requiring attention to detail and creativity to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a positive and professional attitude, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
