We are currently looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to become a vital part of our team.

The Technical Solutions Consultant will work in close collaboration with the sales team and our clients to comprehend their business needs and IT environments, crafting, validating, and presenting tailored solutions to our clientele, primarily within the SMB and Mid-Market sectors.

The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of IT solutions, a customer-centric approach, and the capability to translate technical features into clear advantages for our clients.

Additionally, they will be adept at creating detailed statements of work and implementation strategies, aligning the Implementation Teams to ensure successful delivery of the solutions.

The Technical Solutions Consultant will also engage with and provide insights to our Technical Teams to support ongoing customer projects.

Client Engagement and Solution Development:

Collaborate closely with clients, our Sales Team, and Technical Teams to identify client requirements and develop customized solutions.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

Work alongside the Sales Team to strategize on methods for closing deals, offering technical expertise, and assisting in the response to RFPs, RFIs, and other customer inquiries that necessitate detailed technical knowledge.

Technical Presentations and Proposal Creation:

Conduct engaging presentations, proposals, and demonstrations for current and prospective clients, effectively conveying the value and benefits of our products and services, including technical specifications, scope of work, and cost estimates when applicable.

Project Planning and Coordination:

Formulate comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) and project plans, coordinating with the Implementation Teams to ensure the successful execution of the solutions.

Documentation and Client Feedback:

Prepare and maintain documentation for proposed solutions, ensuring clear communication of technical details, and gather client feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.

Support for Fencecore's Technical Teams:

Provide expertise to the Technical Team by assisting in problem-solving and developing solutions for existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.

Market and Technology Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings to ensure Fencecore's solutions remain competitive and innovative.

Technical Training:

Deliver training to the Sales Team on solutions, features, and benefits to facilitate effective solution selling.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, virtualization, cloud services, and hosting solutions is essential, along with proficiency in designing and implementing IT solutions.

3+ years of experience in a Technical Sales and/or Pre-Sales role, with a proven track record of designing, presenting, and implementing solutions that meet customer needs is required.

Excellent communication and presentation skills (English, French), with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and concisely, are necessary.

Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in conducting technical assessments are essential.

Experience working with SMB and Mid-Market clients is preferred.
