Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team at GRAITEC CANADA. As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our customers, focusing on the StrucSoft product line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers, including training, consultancy, and support
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, technical notes, and release notes
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Work with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide customized solutions
  • Develop and deliver training programs for customers, including instructor-led training and online training
  • Contribute to the development of new features and functionality for the StrucSoft product line
  • Participate in the creation of marketing materials, including case studies, whitepapers, and webinars
  • Work with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support or solutions role
  • Strong technical knowledge of the StrucSoft product line and related technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Experience with Autodesk software and technologies
  • Knowledge of BIM and BIM processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a software company or Dev-Ops environment
  • Knowledge of CNC machinery
  • Previous experience providing professional training, especially surrounding software or drafting
