Role Overview: The Technical Solutions Consultant focuses on both pre-sales and post-sales support for the StrucSoft product line. Responsibilities include:
- Providing 40% post-sales support, including training, consultancy, and customer assistance.
- Contributing to product development through documentation, videos, and whitepapers.
- Assessing customer requirements and crafting tailored technical proposals.
- Collaborating with clients to design effective training and development programs for successful implementation.
- Conducting comprehensive training sessions based on standard materials and real-world applications.
- Acting as the primary contact for customer feedback, including issues and enhancement requests.
- Creating localized training materials, competitor analyses, and webinars.
- Working closely with the sales representative to promote StrucSoft solutions.
- Assisting in securing new business through demonstrations and discussions.
- Engaging current customers to encourage additional licenses.
- Supporting quarterly webinars led by the sales representative.
- Ensuring accurate data entry into our CRM system for support cases.
- Contributing to marketing initiatives, including monthly blog posts, in line with corporate guidelines.
- Participating actively in the global StrucSoft Solution community.
- Collaborating with the Global Technical Enablement Manager to enhance processes and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Revit drafting in a professional setting.
- Background in light steel, light wood framing design, or offsite construction.
- A minimum of 2 years of drafting experience in construction, architecture, or engineering.
- Familiarity with other Autodesk software and software development platforms.
- Knowledge of CNC machinery.
- Experience in delivering professional training, particularly in software or drafting.
- Understanding of BIM and BIM processes.
- Valid Canadian passport for travel requirements.
- Driver's License for travel purposes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including effective communication in both French and English.
- Able to thrive in an international environment.
