The Royal Conservatory of Music is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Business Development and Partnerships to join its team. This is a key role that will be responsible for maximizing revenue across multiple business lines in North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific markets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue opportunities and expand market share in collaboration with RCM products teams.
  • Work closely with the Vice President, Business Development & Marketing to develop and implement an annual revenue plan that enables RCM to achieve its revenue goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities, craft business models, and foster partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Key Requirements
  • 7 years of leadership experience in strategic sales and operations in global markets.
  • Proven track record in partnership development and revenue generation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex business data.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration.
  • High level of written and spoken language competency in Mandarin or other languages is considered an asset.
What We Offer

Office environment with occasional requirements to work outside of regular office hours. Travel 50% or more as needed for the role.
