Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Marhaba Book Store & Hijab Fashion (MBHF). As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to improve store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, with a focus on leadership and customer service.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will work under pressure, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
