Business Development Associate

We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team at Wave. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with small business owners, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with small business owners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Utilize our CRM to manage sales pipeline, track progress, and report on results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to inform sales strategy
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results
