Assistant Store Director

Saks OFF 5TH is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Store Director to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer experience in our store.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the cashiering team to maximize coverage and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Coach and train associates to follow fast to floor return processes and ensure merchandise is available to sell.
- Drive loyalty enrollments and connected service behaviors to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary Connected Service Coach to reinforce customer experience during peak traffic periods.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and provide support to management as needed.
- College Associate diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of management experience with comparable volume and/or proven track record of success managing a selling workforce.
- Proficiency in utilizing available technology, including Microsoft Office.
- Proven sales track record and results-driven approach.
- Ability to operate equipment such as radios, POS register, ticket scanners, and sensor removers.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
