Saks OFF 5TH is a leading luxury off-price destination, with over 100 stores in the U.S. and Canada, and a strong online presence. We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Director of Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Director in executing front-of-house priorities, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Lead the cashiering team to maximize coverage and operate with a sense of urgency in managing the customer line.
  • Coach and train associates to follow fast-to-floor return processes, ensuring merchandise is available to sell.
  • Drive loyalty enrollments, SaksFirst acquisition, and connected service behaviors to enhance the customer experience.
  • Act as the primary Connected Service Coach, reinforcing behaviors during peak traffic periods.
Requirements
  • College associate diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of management experience with comparable volume and/or a proven track record of success managing a selling workforce.
  • Proficiency in utilizing available technology, including Microsoft Office.
  • Proven sales track record and results-driven approach.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a high standard of customer service and build exceptional customer relationships.
