About This Role

Saks OFF 5TH is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Store Director to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer experience through effective management of the front of house operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the cashiering team to maximize coverage and ensure seamless customer service.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive loyalty enrollments and connected service behaviors.
  3. Coach and train associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales targets.
  4. Collaborate with the Store Director to achieve business objectives and drive store performance.
  5. Act as a role model and leader, promoting a positive team culture and fostering open communication.
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of management experience in a comparable retail environment.
  2. Proven track record of success in driving sales and customer experience.
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  5. Proficiency in utilizing technology, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.
