Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor VIP Room Hosts to ensure they provide outstanding customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate break times, monitor compliance, and complete or review payroll and human resources paperwork as required.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to attract and retain business, fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation, and open communication.
  • Set an example of excellent customer service standards for all staff, ensuring the VIP Room is kept in an impeccable condition at all times.
  • Resolve issues or complaints in a calm, professional, and discreet manner, maintaining a thorough understanding of our most valued VIP Room guests.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED Certification
  • 2 years of customer service/hospitality industry experience
  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Experience working with VIP guests an asset
  • Proven leadership skills, excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential and action-sensitive issues with discretion
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
