Job Summary

As a VIP Host Supervisor at Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our VIP guests have an unforgettable experience. This role requires a dynamic and energetic leader who can foster teamwork, employee morale, and motivation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach VIP Room Hosts to ensure they are providing outstanding customer service and meeting company standards.
  • Monitor the arrival, stay, and departure of VIP guests to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Develop relationships with players and player group representatives to encourage continuous improvement of team relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date on products, events, and promotions to provide expert knowledge to guests.
  • Ensure the VIP Room is maintained in an impeccable condition at all times.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Certification
  • 2 years of customer service/hospitality industry experience
  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Experience working with VIP guests an asset
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive issues with discretion
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
