Job Summary

The VIP Host Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the VIP Room Hosts, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures. This role involves coaching and mentoring team members, creating schedules, and maintaining a thorough understanding of valued guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct VIP Room Hosts, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure competence in their functions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain business.
  • Monitor guest arrivals, stays, and departures to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve issues and complaints in a professional and discreet manner.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Certification.
  • 2 years of customer service/hospitality industry experience.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Experience working with VIP guests an asset.
