About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Advisor to join our team at Blakely Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Supervise and mentor staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve business operations, enhance productivity, and drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice to senior management on business development, strategy, and operations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of success in business development, strategy, and operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
