About the Role:

The Central Systems Support Specialist is a key member of the Information Technology team at our Corporate Office. This role is responsible for managing application integrations for Business Intelligence, ensuring seamless data flow between integration points and revenue streams. The successful candidate will work closely with commercial business stakeholders, corporate IT teams, and external vendors to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track the integration of new hotels, applications, and system upgrades to meet business requirements and goals.
  • Perform systems integration certification testing, ensuring message flow validation and data updates.
  • Collaborate with vendors, business analysts, and system owners to resolve issues and implement new services or applications.
  • Train end-users and employees on new application features and ensure effective communication of updates and next steps.

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience with ORS (Opera Reservation System) / PMS Opera, preferably.
  • Technical support experience and a post-secondary degree or diploma with a focus on Hospitality or commensurate experience.
  • Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems considered an asset.
