We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at 1527792 Alberta Ltd. as a key member of our kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our customers, while ensuring profitability and efficiency in food preparation and service.
Culinary Operations ManagementOversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, to ensure high-quality dishes are served to our customers.
Staff Supervision and TrainingSupervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
Inventory Management and ControlManage inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Quality Control and AssuranceImplement quality control measures to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceExperience in a similar role is an asset.
Physical DemandsThe position requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working in a fast-paced environment.
