Astra North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Analytics Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving data-driven decisions and optimizing our online presence.

As a Digital Analytics Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Salesforce to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance. You will be responsible for identifying trends, uncovering insights, and generating actionable recommendations to enhance our digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze website data using industry-leading tools to track key metrics, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement data-driven strategies that optimize website performance and user experience.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in digital analytics to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is an asset.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
